![]() ![]() I'm not about to pay another $30 to see if they actually send me a key this time and I'll not spend another buck on any apple product. I finally gave up since it was obvious nobody at Apple seemed interested enough to solve what should have been a very simple matter. I can't believe I'm the only one who has ever had this problem. Tried calling to get key as the support pages suggest since I bought it from the store, but everybody I speak to has no idea how to route my call or who I should even be talking to. I tried calling, went through the support menus and was told (by a recording) that Quicktime support was only available via the web. ![]() Went to the store and logged in to retrieve my key, all it shows is the "part number" (D3381Z/A) and my name, nothing else. After paying ($32.31 = $29.95 + tax) I received a confirmation email from the store thanking me for my purchase but the email did not contain a serial number or key for Quicktime, I figured I'd get another email that contained the key. I bought QT Pro over a year ago (v7) online from the Apple Store (July 2006). ![]()
